Tim Brumfield is considered one of the world’s finest organ improvisers. As a solo pianist and organist, he tours regularly, performing throughout the US and Europe, including at famed cathedrals such as France’s Notre Dame Cathedral and England’s Salisbury and St. Paul’s Cathedrals. A lecturer on the art of improvisation, Brumfield recently received the distinguished award of Honorary Fellow from the National College of Music, London. He has been a member of the Grammy Award-winning Paul Winter Consort since 1998. He currently serves as Director of Music Ministry, Organist, and Choirmaster at St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church in Boca Raton, Florida.
